About VNIT Nagpur

Established in 1960, VNIT Nagpur is an Institute of National Importance located in the heart of Nagpur city. Spread across 214 acres, it was originally established as Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering and later elevated to NIT status. The institute offers 9 undergraduate and 21 postgraduate programs in engineering, architecture, and science, along with doctoral programs. Named after the eminent engineer Sir M. Visvesvaraya, VNIT has established itself as a prestigious institution, particularly in Central India.
