About Sikkim Manipal University

Established in 1995, SMU is India's first public-private partnership in higher education and healthcare services. Located in Gangtok, Sikkim, the university operates across two main campuses: Tadong medical campus and Majitar technology campus. In 2023, SMU expanded its reach by establishing the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE).
