Associate Professor Jesper Clement leads SenseLab at the Decision Neuroscience Research Cluster (DNRC) in the Department of Marketing, where he focuses on consumer behavior. He is involved in various research projects that explore the intersection of brain research and behavioral science.

Since September 2005, Kai Hockerts has been a Professor at Copenhagen Business School (CBS), affiliated with the Center for Corporate Social Responsibility. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and previously served as an Adjunct Professor at INSEAD. Robert D. Austin is a Professor of Management of Creativity and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School. Austin has authored nine books, including Harder Than I Thought: Adventures of a 21st Century Leader (co-authored with Richard L. Nolan and Shannon O’Donnell). His articles have appeared in leading publications such as Harvard Business Review, Information Systems Research, and MIT Sloan Management Review. He has written over 60 Harvard Business School cases and contributed to two widely used online learning products. With a background as a manager in the auto and tech industries, Austin has also provided consulting and executive education for numerous multinational corporations

Dr. Robert Strand is the Executive Director of the Center for Responsible Business and a faculty member at the University of California-Berkeley Haas School of Business. He also serves as an Assistant Professor of Leadership & Sustainability at Copenhagen Business School. Before entering academia, Robert worked for a decade in various roles at IBM and Boston Scientific, including manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, strategy, and investor relations. He is married to Sarah and is a proud father of two young boys, Mikkel (3 years) and Jonas (1 year).

Shannon Hessel (formerly Shannon O’Donnell) is an Assistant Professor of Art, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship at the Copenhagen Business School’s Department of Management, Politics, and Philosophy. Her research examines collaborative creativity, innovation management, and the influence of aesthetics and arts-based practices on business value creation. She co-authored the Harvard Business Press books Harder Than I Thought and The Adventures of an IT Leader with Robert D. Austin and Richard L. Nolan, as well as articles related to the innovative pedagogical approach for the latter. Shannon earned her doctoral degree from CBS in 2013 and received an Elite Research Travel Stipend from the Danish Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation in 2010. Originally from the United States, she spent eight years working as a director and dramaturg in professional theater in Seattle, Washington, and Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Stefan Henningsson is an Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School, specializing in digital competition and transformation within the financial services sector.
